Talented RIBA Part 2 – Part 3 Case Study on offer

​​As part of the Adrem Groups 'Next Gen Initiative', we have been actively seeking to identify opportunities for Architectural Assistants to join employers that can offer the time, energy and project exposure needed to continue on your journey in becoming a RIBA qualified Architect.

We have an opportunity for a RIBA Part 2 level AA to join a medium sized studio in Central London. One of the studios Senior Partners has committed to taking a Part 2 under his wing, to teach the successful candidate how the business runs and to work together in a client facing role to draw up feasibilities, bids and client presentations.

Following an initial 2-3 month period completing the above role, the studio will offer you a project for your case study, allocating you a project to take on to site delivery. You will be fully supported by the Partner and the business at large to ensure you obtain your Part 3 accreditation.

Essential Requirements:

  • RIBA Part 2 Qualification

  • Excellent communication skills (both written + spoken)

  • Ability to present ideas in an engaging way

  • Keen interest to learn from a Partner level Architect

  • Commercial acumen / awareness

  • Ability to multi-task and juggle conflicting deadlines

  • Strong design skills

  • Well-presented CV + folio

  • Versatile / flexible approach to working

  • Interest in sustainability with a general awareness of BREEAM (highly desirable)

You will be mentored by a highly successful Partner-level Architect who has been responsible for many of the studios flagship schemes. Projects tend to range in value from £5m - £50m+.

Essential Software: AutoCAD, Adobe CS, MS. (A working knowledge of Revit, Grasshopper or Rhino is welcome although not essential).
