​A fantastic opportunity for a studio assistant to join an award winning Independently owned design consultancy. Its work encompasses identity and graphics, publications, packaging, product, interactive communications, exhibition, advertising, and environmental design.They are looking for a confident, reliable and enthusiastic assistant who is passionate about what they do and loves working in a creative environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet clients & guest upon entering the studio.

  • Responsible for answering, transferring, and taking messages for all studio calls.

  • Responding to company and personal inboxes dealing with general inquiries, job & internship applications, new business inquiries, remittance, studio visits

  • Booking, preparing and tidying meeting rooms for client & partner meetings, ordering client lunches & making refreshments.

  • Responsible for international travel; liaising with corporate travel agencies on specific requests, booking flights and accommodation

  • Booking taxis & travel, couriers, and mailing post sorting and distributing received mail

  • Distribution of weekly lunch menus

  • Point of contact for studio related queries

  • Studio maintenance, contracts, suppliers and upkeep

  • Responsible for all company phone contracts. Setting up and renewing contracts, ordering hardware, dealing with insurance claims.

  • Responsible for the company mailing list and updating company database.

  • Working with the accounts team on invoicing and studio contracts, as well as corporate bank card payments & statements.

  • Ordering office stationery and supplies

  • Helping the Manager to organise partner meetings and appointments

Experience & Skills:

  • Design studio experience is preferential orprevious Reception experience in acreative sector

  • Good organising skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and outlook management

  • Excellent English written skills (spelling and grammar)
