An award winning London based architecture firm who have built a great reputation in specialising in imaginatively adapting and sustaining older buildings are now looking for a Studio administrator to join their growing team.
The Administrator will be assisting with admin, HR, bids, quality assurance, and diary and facilities management. They will be working closely with the external consultants and expected to use their knowledge, skills, and experience to promote an outstanding working environment for the team and clients.
Ensuring the smooth running of the studio
Preparing agenda and info for administration and mentor meetings.
Administering our IT consultants and suppliers.
Ensure all studio hardware, software and support are fit for purpose and fully operational
Issuing proposals, fee proposals and invoices.
Implementing our marketing strategy and systems to help boost the practice’s profile and grow the business.
Administrating PQQ and bid deadlines.
Updating the website, drafting press releases and newsletters with content from the team.
Events & Studio Trips- co-ordinate studio events - exhibitions, Christmas parties, other events
Inductions, manage staff holiday and sickness absence and training
Ensure contracts are compliant with UK laws and current regulations
Qualifications & Skills required:
Studio administration experience is preferential or indeed some experience in creative sector would be an advantage
Adobe Creative suite
