A leading, global Engineering consultancy is looking for a Senior Bid Coordinator to join their team based in Bath.

Reporting into Bid and Graphics Manager you will work with the wider bid team to support all bids and bidding activities.
Key responsibilities include: -
Identify, coordinate and analyse new leads ensuring you follow the UK Bid No Bid process.
Organise and lead the bid kick off meetings.
Review input from the technical teams to ensure there are no gaps in information and the client's requirements have been met.
Design and collate award winning bid submissions and presentations.
Ensure all submissions are well written and compliant making certain they meet the expected standard and score.
Attend Bid Coordinator meetings to gain progress updates.
Ensure the progress of bids are recorded in the CRM system.
Coordinate post completion bid reviews to ensure continuous improvement of bid responses.
Assist with reporting as required.
Key skills required: -
Prior experience working in a similar Bid Coordinator role within the built environment.
Advanced knowledge of InDesign and MS Office.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong editorial skills and a good graphic eye.
