​A leading design consultancy is looking for a talented Senior Artworker to join their growing team who work on prestigious projects producing award-winning wayfinding, placemaking, brand and digital design.

Key responsibilities: -

  • Delivery of artwork for environmental design, wayfinding, branding and print projects

  • Work closely with the designers through the development and final stages of the design project and oversee the smooth transition from design to artworking

  • Taking ownership of setting up artwork files for productions on a variety of materials

  • Maintain an understanding of the design, materials, finishes and techniques

  • Add insight and value to projects

  • Manage workloads and oversee junior staff assisting in their development

  • Play a key role in defining and developing the consultancy’s artwork process

  • Be responsible for quality assurance throughout the artworking process including onsite and prior to installation

Key skills required: -

  • Strong senior artworker with experience of creating print-ready artwork for graphics in the built environment

  • Good understanding of wayfinding, spatial and environmental graphics

  • Skilled in typography, iconography, infographics, composition, colour and mapping

  • Passionate about design and artworking with a wide knowledge of print production processes

  • Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Ability to work with architectural plans and elevations

  • Ability to work to standard architectural scales

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
