If you are a senior architect who is hungry for a role with progression opportunities, this could be the one for you! They are currently in need of a senior person with strong design + project management skills to head up high end residential projects - potentially becoming an Associate before too long.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Track record of working across RIBA stages on design-led one off resi
- 3-5 years or more of Post Part 3 experience
- Ability to oversee multiple projects
- Good communication skills, ability to deal with clients
- Hands on (or looking for an opportunity to be)
- Ability to support + mentor junior staff
If you are familiar with MicroStation that's a plus (though not essential, ideal candidates willing to train also considered)
