Sales Support Coordinator
We are working on a great opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to work in a design and interior business. This dynamic company are a business leader in supplying soft furnishings and props to the TV, films and at events.
Our client is looking for someone who is ambitious and professional to join their team. Focusing on delivering excellent client satisfaction and supporting the team.
- Providing customers with specification information about all products
- Assisting with purchase orders
- Prepare documents to support transactions and send to relevant parties.
- Liaising with suppliers & their internal accounts department
- Checking stock availability & delivery tracking
- Processing and sending invoices
- Data entry
- Supporting the team with other administrative duties
- Proven experience in a similar or administration role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, some experience of sage would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
