​An innovative, sustainability focussed furnishing design and manufacturing business, are looking to recruit a Sales Support person to join their new London office.

This is an exciting time to join this energetic and dynamic London team, as they embark on a period of high-growth, and you will enjoy being a part of this progressive expansion.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging sales support person to join the London team, based in Shoreditch. The role will mainly involve liaising with clients regarding their enquiries, processing orders and general business administration to ensure the smooth operation of the London team. This will be a varied role with opportunities to develop skills in the areas of project management, client relationship management, account management and business administration.

The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with clients, well organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, along with a desire to learn new skills and develop organically as business grows.

Main Responsibilities

  • Processing orders from clients.

  • Communicating with suppliers to request quotes and organise orders.

  • Organising logistics such as deliveries and installation crews for project orders.

  • Handling client requests for samples, quotes and product advice.

  • Preparing quotes based on floor plans, wall elevations, ceiling plans and other drawings.


  • Solid experience in a similar, sales support role.

  • Understanding of business administration.

  • Experience communicating with clients.

  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry.

  • Experience reading and understanding architectural drawings is desirable.
