A growing, high-end furniture design business, who focus on vintage and Scandinavian furniture designs, are looking to hire a sales manager to join their team to help grow their business. This is a pivotal role for them and a time of significant growth, so it is an exciting time to join them and an opportunity to make the role your own.
This is an office-based role in North London (with some flexibility)
The primary responsibility for the Sales Manager role will be to drive new opportunities and build key accounts across all sales channels for our 2 businesses covering our collections of high-end vintage Design and newly produced furniture.
Drive new business through multiple sales channels including Direct to Consumer
(online), Direct to Consumer (in person), Direct B2B, Contract and via 3rd Party
Work with existing accounts to drive growth and broaden the range of products provided.
Present our products to selected retail and trade partners
Identify new partners and sales opportunities to help grow new markets and regions.
Support dealers, interior designers and key accounts
Co-ordinate quotes and project tenders
Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure forecasting is accurate and targets are being met.
Report competitor and market trends to the management team
Build strong partnerships with retailers, shaping and realising joint strategies to grow sales and profit.
Contribute to the quarterly commercial strategy with the management team
Facilitate face-to-face customer viewings in our showroom
Oversee customer service function with Sales Administrator
Existing knowledge of mid-century design is essential
Experience in a comparable luxury sales, in a target driven role
Experience of managing 3rd Party retailer accounts preferred
