A multiple award-winning AJ100 studio boasting one of the industries longest average tenures (as a result of a fantastic working environment, amazing projects and a market-leading benefits package) is on the lookout for multiple RIBA Part II Architectural Assistants / Graduates.

This studio is renowned for the investment in both professional and personal development of their staff.

They work across an array of large-scale projects, from modular urban developments and masterplans through to new garden cities, and they are currently turning away invitations to tender!

The successful applicants will work on a variety of projects with immediate exposure to large scale schemes guaranteed. These projects include (but are not limited to) community regeneration schemes, high-rise towers (including modular construction), healthy placemaking (with a focus on biodiversity, sustainability + car-free communities), Retail and more.

Individuals that are interested in research projects will have the opportunity to get involved with live project-based research from Passivhaus / sustainability through to live projects with the London Wildlife Trust.

This is a supportive and nurturing environment that offers ample opportunities for progression, including support for Part III accreditation (case study, study leave, financial support, mentoring and much more).

The studio uses Revit in a BIM project environment, but this is not an existing software requirement - there is ample software training on offer alongside CPD's, seminars and an incredibly busy social calendar.

In-depth exposure liaising directly with consultants, clients, planners, and a variety of multi-disciplines offers the successful applicant's exposure to a variety of stakeholders, building on management experience which assists future career development opportunities into project architect / leadership positions.
