£35000 - £48000 per annum + Benefits (Permanent)
I'm working with a wonderful design studio based in an easy-to-get-to location in Central London. They may be small, but they work on some truly amazing and high-profile projects. If you're an architect who's looking for a close-knit, "home away from home" type practice where you can settle, grow and be part of the family, this is a great place to go…
My client is a Microstation practice in the process of migrating to Revit, therefore Revit-savvy individuals will be preferred. You will gain exposure to both UK based and international projects, and would likely be hitting the ground running on a stunning residential scheme in Japan. As a small studio they naturally seek all-rounders - however their current team is slightly front-end heavy, so if you can demonstrate an expertise in taking projects from stage 4 onwards that would be highly advantageous.
You must be an architect who is hungry for autonomy and responsibility, as that's what you'll get here. You should be someone who's actively looking for a smaller practice where you can stay longer term and grow within the business - they're not top heavy so there's room to progress.
As their next architect you will receive a competitive salary, exposure to a range of projects that will vary in sector, value and location, plus you'll get to work in a great office with a sociable team who not only go for Friday drinks, but also regularly go abroad together (they went skiing this Christmas)…
