We have an amazing opportunity available for a qualified architect with aspirations of becoming a fully-fledged project-runner.
Our client is a supportive design studio with a reputation for developing the careers of their staff through mentoring and live project experience.
The studio is working on some fantastic projects, from bespoke residential developments (10-100+ units) through to education schemes, masterplans and community nurturing projects.
You will gain immediate responsibility over a 12-unit residential development scheme, with support + guidance from a studio director. Your responsibility will be scaled up to larger projects post-completion of this initial scheme.
Essential Requirements:
1-4 years post RIBA Part III / ARB accreditation working in a UK-based practice
Revit software proficiency
Multi-unit residential project experience (anywhere from 5-100+ units)
Experience working at RIBA Stages 1-5+
Strong communication + organisation skills
Desirable Requirements:
BIM Level 2 project experience
Education, Masterplanning or Community-focused project experience (in addition to residential)
This studio is waving goodbye to the 5-day office-based working style. Currently working remotely, but post-lockdown they will be adopting a split week working from home and in the office (around 50/50 split). Additional benefits include profit-share + an advanced pension.
If you are looking for a studio that will truly support your career development whilst providing exposure to some fantastic projects submit your CV + Folio to Reece Nevel at Adrem.
