An Architectural Design & Build Service are looking for a confident Front End (Stages 0-3) Qualified Architect to add their expertise to the team.

The company specialise in predominantly Residential and Commercial small/medium scale projects throughout the UK and are looking for the right candidate to become a Project Architect for the business within a very short period of time.

- Develop feasibility studies
- Develop concept design drawings
- Develop construction details/packages and manage the output of drawings and specifications through management
your in-house team
- Research and understand local planning policies
- Work independently to manage a small team of architectural assistants on small and medium scale residential planning submissions and construction packages
-Ability to provide a site checking role on multiple running projects
- Liaise with subcontractors; put in place agreements and check works against agreed milestones
- Liaise with clients and consultants
- Liaise with client and manage the finishes and interior decoration requirements
- Administrate the EOV (extras, overs and variations) full cycle across all live projects
- Number one point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Participate actively in the development of our young and growing company
- Produce reports for the MD and management team

- Up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Ability to hand draw sketches
- Professional with good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Clean UK driving license
