​A mid-sized, forward thinking architectural practice are currently looking for a Project Information Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a practice with a fantastic reputation for high-quality design, with sustainability and diversity at the heart of the business.

The Project Information Manager will be assigned to a high-profile project, will oversee the day-to-day management of the project, and manage two of the project administrators within the team.

The duties will include:

  • Reviewing and implementing security protocols

  • Managing the vetting process for staff and sub-consultant teams

  • Joining associate meetings to feedback on administrative and security matters

  • Inducting and training team members and sub-consultants with regards to security processes

  • Ensuring quality standards are upheld

  • Document control using internal document management system and common data environments (e.g., Huddle, GliderBIM, Conject, Aconex, 4Projects, etc.)

  • Filing all paperwork and electronic copy related to their project

  • Monitoring and processing team email inbox

  • Arranging meetings and managing the diary for the project teams

  • Attending meetings and writing minutes as and when required

  • Assisting with answering the telephone and preparing refreshments for meetings as necessary

  • Proofreading and reviewing key documents


  • Successful candidates will preferably be educated to BA level

  • Have an interest/previous experience in design or the built environment

  • Bright, confident, and organised

  • Well presented

  • Good at working within a team

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, document control software)

  • Prior experience of working in an office with administrative and managerial duties

Due to the nature of the project, candidates will need to have a CRB, and security check and candidates will need to have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.
