Adrem has a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Project Architect with proven project running experience to join a boutique studio in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have a special interest or would have completed additional quals in project management (PMP/Prince2) having completed their Part 3.
You will be the main POC for all enquiries and client queries in the absence of the studio Directors. You will be responsible for management and coordination of a range of residential projects (simultaneously) and the small in-house team.
Candidates must have experience that demonstrates the following –
Private residential project running experience, working directly with homeowners
Experience administrating JCT contracts
Proven communication and client relations skills
Excellent organisational, time and people management skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to liaise effectively with clients & consultants
Proven knowledge of UK planning policies and standards
Fluency with Microsoft office package (Microsoft project, power point) or other project planning and monitoring applications and presentation software.
