​An innovative, sustainability focussed furnishing design and manufacturing business, are looking to recruit a Project & Personal Assistant to join their West London office.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Project Assistant/PA to join their small office-based London team, based in West London, with excellent tube links at Shepherds Bush and Acton. The role will mainly involve liaising with clients regarding their enquiries, processing orders, general project support and management to ensure the smooth operation of the office, particularly when the Directors are travelling. This will be a varied role with opportunities to develop skills in the areas of project management, client relationship management, account management and business administration.

The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with clients, well organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, along with a desire to learn new skills and develop organically as business grows.


  • Sales Order Processing and assisting with projects from quotation through to final installation

  • Manage weekly internal production meetings

  • FF&E/ Material sourcing and due diligence

  • General Project Administration (checking Client Purchase Orders/ Crib Sheets, manage Project spreadsheets/ manage the filing of documentation/ manage Shipments)

  • Manage Project documentation

  • PA support to the directors

  • Manage the Office/ Production Diary


  • Excelled Communication – you will be working closely with the Company Directors, Internal Staff, High End Clientele, Subcontractors

  • Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated as you will primarily be supporting the Directors to deliver projects from procurement through to installation

  • This is a very busy role with frequently changing priorities requiring a strict methodical and structured approach, with a high level of detail

  • Ability to understand CAD/ read Floorplans and Elevations – close eye to detail and accuracy are crucial

  • Be highly motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and use initiative as you will be working independently majority of the time

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar industry is preferable – and willing to learn

  • Working Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - flexibility is required – working overtime/ the occasional Saturday may be required
