​A refined, cosmopolitan, European architectural practice, who specialise in high-end residential properties are looking to hire a Project Administrator and Office Manager for their small Chelsea based office. This is a busy and varied role supporting the team and office.

Duties include:

  • Manage project document control; drawings uploads and data Issue sheets.

  • Assist with any typing, proofreading, and formatting of all project letters.

  • Minute taking .

  • Arrange travel and meetings for the teams.

  • Assist with project documentation, document template, context research, typing, proofreading, formatting, collating information, printing and binding.

  • Assist the Managing Director in the daily management of the business.

  • Assist the team with time management and duties including management of the office admin and assist in presentations.

  • Managing social media accounts and preparation of weekly posts.

Skills/Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.

  • Great organisation skills with the capacity to prioritise workloads.

  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously in busy studio.

  • A positive and collaborative approach to problem solving.

  • InDesign and Photoshop would be a bonus so the person can support the team in the preparation of presentations but are not strictly necessary.
