A prestigious Asset Management firm based in central London is looking for a Presentations Specialist to join their talented marketing team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

Working closely with the fund managers and the sales teams you will produce PowerPoint presentations to help present fund information to develop business relationships.

Duties include:

  • Taking initial brief from the fund managers and consulting with them from brief to completion ensuring you understand their needs and making valuable suggestions where needed

  • Present financial data in a visually effective format using infographics, graphs, charts, imagery etc. to ensure that the presentations are engaging

  • Use a workflow system to submit presentations for review

  • Provide ad hoc support to produce marketing collateral using InDesign

Key skills required:

  • Prior experience in a similar role as a Presentations Specialist

  • Experience within Asset Management or similar with an understanding of financial data

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • A good working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to enhance presentations

  • A creative eye for design

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
