A fast-growing Fintech with exciting growth plans is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute their paid marketing strategy to increase their user base.

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of all the latest trends in digital along with a passion for problem-solving, a love of data and an avid interest in cryptocurrency.

This market disruptor is regulated by the FCA and already listed on the stock exchange. They offer hybrid working and an agile, fun environment where everyone works collaboratively to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and drive a game-changing growth strategy

  • Create and execute creative acquisition campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance

  • Identify opportunities to expand into new channels and improve their tactics on current channels

  • Manage paid media budget and performance against targets, review data & constantly optimize results

  • Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement

  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop the best possible user journeys for these campaigns including stunning targeted creative, perfect propositions and impressive landing pages

  • Creatively integrate brand building and content into your acquisition strategy

  • Constantly obsessing over and optimising the performance of campaigns, and sharing your knowledge across the business

  • Testing different value propositions and messages across different channels


Experience & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a similar Performance Marketing Manager role

  • Solid experience within the Fintech space

  • Digital skills including paid social and PPC experience ideally in a high-growth B2C business, with its core product being a mobile app (both iOS and Android)

  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising and content distribution and placement networks

  • A broad awareness of brand with a passion for the customer experience

  • A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience

  • Great knowledge of spreadsheets, pivot tables, analytics platforms and strong understanding of cross-channel attribution

  • Strategic thinker with excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
