An exciting opportunity has become available for an PA to join a leading AJ 100 global architecture practice. This position is to support one of the partners, you will be involved in a broad range of organisational duties and projects.
Diary and inbox management
Liaising with clients and different divisions
Booking meeting rooms internally and externally
Coordinating and planning all travel, accommodation and complex travel itineraries
Working closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure projects meet deadlines
Responsible for the day to day running of the business and administrative operations
Working closely with the Partner and ensuring they are well informed of relevant commitments and responsibilities
Key Skills Required:
Previous PA / EA experience
Experience in the architectural is desirable
Excellent record keeping and organisational skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication skills.
MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Approachable with a positive attitude
