An exciting opportunity has become available for an PA to join a leading AJ 100 global architecture practice. This position is to support one of the partners, you will be involved in a broad range of organisational duties and projects.


  • Diary and inbox management

  • Liaising with clients and different divisions

  • Minute taking

  • Expenses

  • Booking meeting rooms internally and externally

  • Coordinating and planning all travel, accommodation and complex travel itineraries

  • Secretarial support

  • Working closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure projects meet deadlines

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the business and administrative operations

  • Working closely with the Partner and ensuring they are well informed of relevant commitments and responsibilities

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous PA / EA experience

  • Experience in the architectural is desirable

  • Excellent record keeping and organisational skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Approachable with a positive attitude
