A fantastic opportunity to join an award winning Architecture and design practice based in London. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to provide a high level of service both internally and externally with great attention to detail.

Duties Include:

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Answering phones
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with suppliers as required
  • Assisting with project document control
  • Providing assistance for client presentations
  • Typing up letters
  • Accepting and distributing deliveries
  • Managing the meeting room
  • Preparing refreshments for internal and external meetings, setting up and clearing meeting rooms
  • Maintaining and providing support with meeting room AV setup as required
  • Ordering office supplies for UK offices
  • Organising events and lunches
  • Opening and franking post
  • General filing and archiving
  • Other adhoc duties


Personal Specification:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Competent with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong team player
  • Highly professional
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible, with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and to learn new skills
  • Reliable
