We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join an award-winning architecture studio based in North West London. They produce exceptional architecture with a diverse portfolio which spans the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
They are seeking a creative and ambitious Marketing Manager, who can take the lead on creating a cohesive and consistent studio profile, helping to shape their voice in the architectural industry.
This role would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working for a small studio and is looking to step up into a more autonomous role.
Responsibilities include: -
Coordinating and implementing PR and marketing strategies
Identifying and managing business development opportunities including developing new sector targets in the UK and overseas
Delivering high-quality bid documents, PQQs, case studies, competitions entries, and award submissions
Identifying tender opportunities and monitoring tender portals and present relevant opportunities to the management team
Writing content for bids, presentations, and all supporting documentation, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach
Writing and distributing press releases, newsletters, social media posts and other publications
Reviewing competitions lists and compiling PQQs, tenders, proposals, presentations
Managing and updating writing in all marketing collateral including publications, portfolios and CVs
Identifying network opportunities for the principal and team
Coordinating award submissions
Fostering and expanding press network
Coordinating internal and external PR activity including liaising with press and external PR companies.
Skills required: -
Prior experience in a similar marketing role within an architecture practice
Bid experience within the architectural industry preferred
Good working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop as well as WordPress and Mailchimp
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Strong copywriting and copyediting skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
