Small but fast growing bespoke property developer is looking to appoint a Marketing Assistant to their close knit team. You will help to drive the continued growth of the business assisting the Directors with raising brand awareness and assist with growing the profile of the business.

The key goal of this position is to create awareness and raise the profile of the brand in order to generate enquiries and secure new leads and customers. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the message of the company and deliver it to a wider audience of both clients and industry professionals. The role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their career and assume more responsibility for their own marketing and communications output.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist, plan and implement marketing and advertising campaigns, both local and national, across digital and print channels

  • Reach and engage on all social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Houzz, Linkedin)

  • Establish and grow relationships within the property and architecture sectors using both mainstream print and digital media outlets, ensuring you secure relevant and consistent press coverage for the brand

  • Arrange completed project photography for built projects

  • Write and issue press releases

  • Identify and arrange networking and promotional speaking opportunities for the Directors

  • Coordinate, set up and promote external trade shows/exhibitions

  • Assist with planning and management of the annual marketing strategy

  • Design and produce physical sales collateral and promotional literature

The ideal candidate:

  • confident and engaging copywriting skills

  • proactive nature with ambition

  • hunger to learn and develop a broad range of marketing and PR skills

  • proficiency in creative software packages such as Adobe Creative Suite

  • experience using email marketing e.g. MailChimp, CMS e.g. Wordpress and digital advertising channels
