A leading Property Development company based in London is looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join their Marketing team providing maternity cover for 9-12-months.
This is a great opportunity for an amazing Marketing Assistant who has standout InDesign skills and enjoys a varied role which includes design, social media management as well as day-to-day in-house marketing and communication.
The role is full-time which includes hybrid working (2 days from home) along with some great company benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Content creation for all social media platforms and webpages

  • Daily monitoring of social media channels for engagement

  • Designing bid documents using InDesign

  • Brand managing for new business and asset management bids

  • Organise press releases and oversee internal communication

  • Produce monthly reports for the bi-weekly strategy meeting

  • Provide PR support for all events


Key skills required:

  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Illustrator and Acrobat

  • Knowledge of CMS

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms with the ability to use Hootsuite or similar

  • Be proactive with ability to use initiative

  • Organised and efficient

  • Capacity to juggle different requirements at a fast pace

  • Great team player
