A leading Property Development company based in London is looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join their Marketing team providing maternity cover for 9-12-months.
This is a great opportunity for an amazing Marketing Assistant who has standout InDesign skills and enjoys a varied role which includes design, social media management as well as day-to-day in-house marketing and communication.
The role is full-time which includes hybrid working (2 days from home) along with some great company benefits.
Responsibilities include:
Content creation for all social media platforms and webpages
Daily monitoring of social media channels for engagement
Designing bid documents using InDesign
Brand managing for new business and asset management bids
Organise press releases and oversee internal communication
Produce monthly reports for the bi-weekly strategy meeting
Provide PR support for all events
Key skills required:
Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Illustrator and Acrobat
Knowledge of CMS
Excellent copywriting skills
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms with the ability to use Hootsuite or similar
Be proactive with ability to use initiative
Organised and efficient
Capacity to juggle different requirements at a fast pace
Great team player
