An innovative, sustainable and award-winning architecture practice based in Central London is seeking a Marketing & New Business Manager to be involved in positioning and promoting the practice to help with growth.
They practice their ethos of community, culture, happiness and wellbeing both for their client projects and within the office environment offering a friendly and collaborative environment, flexible home working and good work/ life balance.
You will be working closely with the Directors with support from the admin and graphics team.
The role Involves:
Developing and taking responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the marketing plan to meet business goals within a budget that you will help to establish.
Working with Directors in researching and finding new clients and preparing pitch and presentation materials.
Full management of the bid process – identifying tender opportunities and tracking frameworks, writing, editing and producing the final response package.
Developing and running multiple communications campaigns
Developing a programme of thought leadership across owned (reports, website and digital channels) and earned media (PR).
Creating high-quality written and visual content across a variety of outlets and platforms.
You will have:
Demonstrable experience of Marketing in architecture
An understanding of the industry and business
Effective communication skills at director level and to the wider team
The ability to form open, trusting relationships
InDesign and Photoshop proficiency
An academic degree and/or professional qualification
