An innovative, sustainable and award-winning architecture practice based in Central London is seeking a Marketing & New Business Co-ordinator to assist in promoting the practice to help with growth.

The role Involves:
Assist in developing and taking responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the marketing plan to meet business goals within a budget that you will help to establish
Research and find new clients and preparing pitch and presentation materials
Manage the bid process – identifying tender opportunities and tracking frameworks, writing, editing and producing the final response package (with the support of a director and the wider team)
Assisting with communications campaigns
Assisting in developing a programme of thought leadership
Creating high-quality written and visual content across a variety of outlets and platforms
You will have:
Demonstrable experience of marketing in architecture
An understanding of the industry and business
Great communication skills
The ability to form open, trusting relationships
InDesign and Photoshop proficiency
An academic degree and/or professional qualification
