A multidisciplinary architecture studio is looking for a Marketing and Bid Coordinator to create and update marketing collateral and lead bid submissions.

This award-winning studio works on high-profile projects and has received widespread recognition for their contribution to architecture. They have exciting growth plans and the Marketing and Bid Coordinator will play an instrumental part in these plans.

Key responsibilities include: -

  • Compiling and updating marketing material working closely with their graphics and communications team

  • Coordinating and leading bid submissions alongside the project management team

  • Researching engaging business opportunities and leads, identifying prospective opportunities

  • Monitoring new business-related enquiries

  • Accurately recording projected timelines and submitting bids ensuring feedback is received

  • Creating development material such as reports and presentations to support new business

  • Manage the production of bid documents and marketing collateral

  • Debrief, analyse and review submitted bids to identify improvements for the future

Key skills required: -

  • Prior experience in a similar Marketing and Bid Coordinator role within an architectural practice

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite particularly in InDesign

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Enthusiastic and positive approach with excellent interpersonal skills
