Adrem are currently supporting an award-winning consumer goods design studio in London. A highly skilled Industrial Designer is required to work on all stages of the product development process from concept to manufacture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a degree educated Designer, who holds 3 years industry experience, to join a supportive team of 10 designers and develop your expertise.

You will be involved in:

  • Assisting in user research, generating ideas fed from user / market insights.

  • Developing product concepts, combining technical designs and constraints.

  • Creating concept visuals / renderings to communicate ideas to the project team's NPD process.

  • Attending workshops and weekly meetings with PMO and technical teams.

  • Working with suppliers to communicate design intent, manage cost, and time constraints.

  • Working within the Design and Engineering team to uphold brand intent and realise concept visions.

  • Creating product graphics (2D artworks) for both NPD and promos.

  • NPD UX/UI development and thinking.

  • Developing product peripherals (brushes, attachments, stands etc).

What experience do you need?

  • Proficient in 3D CAD - Solidworks / PTC Creo.

  • Hand sketching skills.

  • High knowledge of 2D Design packages - in particular, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects.

  • Ability to create high quality visualisation - Keyshot rendering / animation.

  • Ability to understand technical constraints when creating designs for our product range.
