HR Shared Services Team Lead
We have an exciting opportunity to join our client, a large worldwide consultancy, who are market leaders in their industry. They are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Team Leader to supervise a team of 3 HR Services Officers in Bath.

Reporting to the Global HR Operations Shared Services Manager, you will lead and supervise the Global HR Shared Services team in based UK and provide technical and operational support to the UK HR and regional business teams.
- Supervise the UK HR Shared Services team, providing advice and guidance on all HR operational activities
- HR transactional administration and support for designated business in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner
- 100% compliance with the company's Global HR Shared Services framework, policies, and procedures
- Trusted partner to the HR Consultants for all matters related to employee life cycle management
It is essential that all applicants have proven HR shared services experience, preferably within an international environment and have been a team leader/ supervisor previously.
