The successful applicant will be reporting into the COO and assist in the creation and implementation of the people strategy, act as a lead and embed best practise HR policies across the studio.
This practice is offering Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 form home and is looking for someone to start immediately. They will consider this on a part or full time basis. They offer exceptional benefits as part of this contract.
This is an HR Generalist role for around 60 heads, encompassing Recruitment & Retention, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Advisory, Employee Relations and Special Projects.
The HR Manager is the guardian of this employer's brand and a shaper of their people strategy and culture. You will provide leadership on HR, people related issues and policies; and work strategically to embed great people practices that are aligned with, and enhance, their core values.
You will need to be highly professional, friendly, and approachable with exceptional communication skills. You will be a coach to their managers and leaders offering a range of appropriate HR recommendations and unique insights, present a variety of options, and take a fair and balanced view in decision making.
You will play an active role in various groups and forums that contribute to improving the practice and their external reputation as a great place to work.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proven extensive experience of working in a similar Generalist HR role at both a strategic and operational level and preferably within the built environment or other creative sector.
CIPD qualification is preferred, but not essential
Proven commitment to high performance and dedicated to own professional learning and development.
