A global architectural and design business in City of London is looking for an HR Assistant to join their collaborative HR team. This innovative design business are multi-disciplined and it is an exciting time to join as they are experiencing a period of growth and change.
This HR role sits within their close-knit Human Resources team and the sole purpose is to assist the Human Resources Manager and Director in delivering an effective and efficient HR service, and continually look to improve processes and quality of support. To provide advice and guidance to project leaders, line managers and employees on all aspects of people policies, practices, and processes.

Duties and responsibilities
Supporting all generalist HR administratively across the following areas:
New Joiners and Leavers
Resourcing / Recruitment
Learning & Development
Solid experience in an HR Admin, or HR Co-ordination role
Experience within an architectural or design practice would be desirable.
CIPD or HR degree would be desirable
Solid MS Office experience
Positive and approachable
