High-End Floor/Tiling Interiors Company

North London

£50k plus bonus (OTE £70), plus benefits

A global, bespoke, high-end floor/tiling interior design business are looking for a Head of Sales, to drive their sustainability focussed UK business forward.

They work both B2B and B2C and already have good traction in the UK market, however they are looking for someone from high-end flooring or tiling, who already has a network to come in and proactively go out and get business.

This role will also be managing and growing the small sales team, overseeing the in-bound sales leads and driving the out-bound sales growth and success.

They offer a hybrid set-up and flexibility. An opportunity for huge personal growth and development.

The ideal candidate for this role

  • 2 years of leading a sales team (or being senior sales rep, wanting the next step up) in a Flooring company, Sustainable product firm, Interior Design company, Architecture firm, or Furniture company
  • Self-motivated; they rely heavily on integrity
  • Happy to travel abroad
  • Network of clients they can utilise to grow and expand their UK sales
  • Be entrepreneurial, target driven and have proven sales success
