One of London's leading AJ100 architectural practices is looking for an accomplished Graphics and Communications Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month FTC (fixed term contract) offering longer term opportunities for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Head of Communications and PR, the Graphics and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for documenting and communicating the work of the practice alongside its brand values. You would be responsible for internal communications, press coverage, social media, digital marketing, events and award entries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the senior leadership team to compile new business submissions, brochures and presentations to align with the company brand

  • Increase engagement on social media platforms by devising and implementing a compelling digital/social media plan

  • Create publicity material including project presentations, image asset (using OpenAsset) and project marketing booklets

  • Ad-hoc creation of publicity material extending to adverts, event invites and newsletters

  • Track, update and coordinate the annual program of industry awards and be responsible for creating and submitting award entries

  • Update the practice website with new project material

  • Collaborate with Head of Communications and PR to create a competitive communications strategy

  • Assist with pitch submissions, new business presentations and PQQs

Key skills required:

  • Prior experience working in a similar Graphics and Communications Coordinator role

  • Previous experience within the built environment is essential

  • Accomplished copyrighting and literacy skills

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop

  • Prior knowledge of social media platforms as well as Wordpress/Squarespace and Prismic for updating the website

  • Previous experience working with external consultants
