​We are working with an exciting, forward-thinking Fintech business, who have rapid growth plans to further expand this year and are looking to make key hires within their marketing team to help them achieve this.

They are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join their fun, innovative and growing marketing team. This is a brand-new position and the ideally candidate will need to be a hands-on, confident, experienced and self-motivated E-Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns that increase overall brand awareness, drive customer engagement across varying marketing funnel stages and deploy retention strategies.

Role

Develop and execute automated and bespoke email marketing campaigns using Hubspot

Day to day management of testing, analysing and reporting on email marketing activity

Support the Head of Marketing to drive an email strategy across overarching marketing campaigns

Ensure that campaigns are fit for purpose and executed correctly

Measure and report performance of all email marketing activities against KPIs, making recommendations to stakeholders in-line with business objectives and priorities

Drive traffic onto the brands platform and track progress to improve conversion and basket abandonment rates

Progress and maintain responsive e-mail templates, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of technology advances

Be obsessive about consistency and detail

Work collaboratively with other teams/departments (e.g. Design, Social, Sales) to ensure collective and cohesive campaign execution

Requirements

Proficient in Hubspot for email marketing

Strong copywriting skills

Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple competing priorities

Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Bring consistency across the company’s brand and identity in emails

Questioning the status quo and believing there is always a way to make improvements

Experience working in a B2C environment is a must

Experience of working to KPIs/meeting deadlines
