Diverse studio seeks Revit tech or Part 1 or 2

Great opportunity for diverse project exposure here - this young & thriving studio covers almost all sectors, so it's a fantastic opportunity to broaden you're the scope of your portfolio & future career options.

For an early career architectural professional, this could be invaluable - a common complaint in the industry is how easy it is to get "pigeonholed" in 1 sector early on. Having the chance to get exposure to a truly varied range of project sectors could really help you open up options down the road, demonstrating to future employers that you're capable of anything. From studiums to quirky boutique homes in the treetops.

They are currently seeking either a CIAT qualified technician or a technically skilled Part 1 or 2, as they've just had an influx of projects planning approved & need all hands on deck to bring those buildings alive.

Salary will depend on experience - high 20s for a Part 1, up to 40k for more experience, potentially even more depending on what you can bring to the table.

Essential criteria:

  • At least 3 years of UK based experience
  • At least 3 years' practical experience of Revit & AutoCAD
  • Solid knowledge of UK building regs & technical design
  • Experience in residential & commercial projects at stage 4 & 5
