A fast-growing Fintech is looking for a CRM Manager with consumer brand/e-commerce experience to join their growing marketing team.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the CEM strategy focused on maximising both engagement and lifetime value (LTV) per customer, multi-channel. You’ll also be working closely with the Creative Team.

·Manage the customer database with a focus on engagement and retention
·Identify opportunities for increasing the conversion rate at different stages of the customer's lifecycle based on data analytics and purchase behaviour
·Segmenting the customer and audience databases to effectively target the right customers
·Use email marketing, Direct Mail and mobile app to communicate with customers to deliver engaging messages
·Work alongside Marketing and Product to implement a Customer Loyalty Program and strategy
·Develop contact strategies
·Analyse omnichannel performance to drive profitability and future campaign investment
·Develop and optimise on an ongoing basis automated customer journey flows
·Work alongside the creative team, with clearly defined requirements to produce engaging, relevant content for their customers and audiences
Key skills required:-
·Prior experience in a similar CRM Manager role within consumer brand /e-commerce ideally
·Ability to deliver measurable results
·Outstanding numerical and data analysis skills
·Experience in both CEM/CRM agency and in-house is a plus
·Hubspot experience is also a plus
·Experience with project management and planning
