Our client, an award-winning studio, is seeking a highly skilled contractor to join their architectural team for a high-profile recladding project.
With a focus on brickwork, SFS backing walls, aluminium sandwich panels, render, timber soffits, privacy screens, and aluminium rain-screen cladding, we are looking for candidates with a strong background in these systems.
This is initially a three-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a rolling contract based on workload and fit. The hourly rate will be negotiable but is currently budgeted at £26-£30 per hour.
To be considered for this role, you must have full Revit proficiency and previous façade experience. In addition, our client is looking for individuals who have a strong design and technical ability, the ability to contribute to the success of the business as a whole, and experience working across all RIBA stages ideally (minimum 3-5).
A proven ability to work on BIM-based projects and a passion for designing and delivering projects of scale will also be highly desirable.
