A dynamic, boutique Architecture studio based in a stunning location in North London is looking for a creative, and highly motivated Communications Coordinator/Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Working in a small, friendly non-hierarchical team, you will be given the autonomy to shape this newly created position and play a pivotal role in helping to take their established brand to the next level. They work on really interesting, high-end residential projects which have featured in Elle and Grand Designs to name a few.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop social media and digital marketing strategy.
Manage all social media channels (mainly Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest).
Maintain the website and liaise with related 3rd parties.
Upload new projects to the website, prepare images and text and create content for new blogs & news items.
Design and issue monthly newsletter & maintain contact lists.
Manage and monitor various paid Social Media campaigns.
Manage and develop SEO strategy, maintain and create new landing pages & link building.
Actively source and promote publication of completed projects online and in printed press.
Manage awards selection and submissions.
Key skills required:
Prior experience in a similar communications role ideally within architecture
Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC – with an emphasis on InDesign
Experience using Mailchimp and WordPress
Highly organised with excellent written and spoken English
Ideas driven and proactive
Flexible and collaborative approach
