A leading AJ100 architecture practice is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join their team based in London.

The Communications Coordinator will support the marketing communications area of the business focusing on awards, photography and PR.
Key responsibilities:
Compiling and preparing award entries
Monitor the awards calendar, reviewing new awards and entries
Schedule and coordinate architectural photography with project teams and professional photographers
Process and upload photographs into Open Asset
Assist with press material and respond to requests for images and information
Coordinate the press cutting service
Assist with content for the website and social media
Key skills required:
Prior experience working in a similar Communications Coordinator role within the built environment
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of InDesign and MS Office?
Capable of multi-tasking with excellent organisational skills
Confidence to work with people across all level of the practice as well as clients and press
