​We have the pleasure of searching for a unique future leader, that is a Chartered Structural Engineer for this dynamic design and engineering practice.

The opportunity is ideal if you are aspirational, you will have the opportunity to ‘run’ the flagship London office with no restrictions if you have the ambition and ability. 

This is an established practice with an excellent reputation and they are looking for a confident, self-sustaining engineer to manage the London team and have the social capacity to network and grow this already successful client and project base. 

Key requirements: Chartered Structural Engineer with proven ability, designing in all materials. Passion for sustainability and can happily talk about the environment and how good design , sensitive engineering and architecture can support the environment and the world we live in. You must have tact diplomacy and bags of charm with confidence to communicate and engage with architects, planners and clients.  

There is a very strong existing client base and portfolio and the business is looking to continue on this trajectory.  Along with winning new busines in and around  London and the UK, there is the opportunity to work on challenging larger schemes internationally as well.

Your portfolio of past projects should ideally have a good mix of building typologies, everything from one off unique London residential houses with slick reclaimed basement conversions to larger volume housing , commercial office buildings, healthcare  schemes, through to education and more. 

There  is a real opportunity for profit share and directorship for the right person.
