​A fantastic Award winning masterplanning, architecture and interior design practice are looking for a Business Development coordinator. This role would sit within the practice wide BD and Marketing team with a focus on London business development. The candidate will capture new and expand the network of clients based on both existing contacts and wider practice directors established networks. Helping secure opportunities for the directors and to communicate with potential clients. This role would suit someone who has a strong understanding of business development strategy, as you will be given a lot of autonomy and responsibility in the position.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Engagement with contacts and support both the existing contacts and new with meetings and information which will help promote the clients services.

  • Strategy liaison with the Marketing and BD team as a whole with regards to practice wide objectives but understanding and applying a London focus.

  • Client liaison and relationship building

  • Ensure the brand is maintained and that all information produced is well presented and concise in its message and graphic content.

  • Looking for bid opportunities and supporting the bid team in producing/collating responses. Producing other marketing materials as required in line with brand guidelines and templates.

  • Social media activity of the Directors and senior team to be supported and linked to the practice wide strategy. Content to be fed into the Marketing and BD team to increase London visibility.

Candidates should possess: 

  • Experience in Architecture and design

  • Minimum of two years experience from similar or related position within the architecture industry

  • Experience of preparing bid documents and knowledge of bid processes 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
