An award-winning and highly creative Architecture Practice is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their London studio.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the bid process to produce highly competitive, concise and compelling responses with support from the wider team
- Identify and assess new business opportunities making recommendations to the Directors
- Take responsibility for client management and include strategic thinking on how to grow the client database
- Manage website and social media channels with help from a Graphic Designer and Assistant
- Develop, drive and implement press releases including collating project information
- Work with the Thought Leadership team to create an annual marketing program
- Provide regular feedback on any successes or weaknesses and identify areas for improvement for future bids or practice protocols
- Working alongside an assistant, write copy for proposals, compiling information into comprehensive documents with a strong graphic presence
Key skills required:
- Prior experience in a similar Business Development and Marketing role
- Previous experience within an architectural practice or similar sector
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong content generation skills with a keen eye for detail, including proofreading, quality checking, imagery and design
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
