Our client, a trusted Global brand, is looking for a talented and passionate Creative Direction Leader for the APAC regions to help define the brand experience for its entire portfolio. This position will be based in their Design Studio in Singapore.

Now seeking a dynamic, creative individual to work alongside the global design team and with global stakeholders, you will create the brand guidelines and creative materials/collateral and work closely with the Marketing team.
You will lead by example and be a vital pillar of the Global Brand Identity group. Working with the team and independently across all areas of the global business, you will ensure brand governance, guidelines and pyramids and most importantly brand purpose.
This is a fully empowered role reporting directly to the leader of Global Brand Identity.
Establish and own brand strategy guidelines that evolve and distinguish the company brand, being obsessed with the brand's purpose, consistency, and legitimacy.
Provide expertise and industry perspective where technology, retail, and lifestyle culture meet with culturally-relevant concepts and campaigns responsible for growing brand equity and awareness while driving results
Ensure brand integrity by working closely with regional Design Leaders and Marketing teams to drive creative direction for packaging, digital, communications and branded environments, such as trade fairs, exhibitions, showrooms and displays
Manage external agencies ensuring brand consistency and high quality deliverables, on time and within budget.
Analyse brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape. Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help the businesses connect with people in meaningful ways. Propose solutions based on these findings.

Extensive global travel required - on average monthly.
Bachelors in Industrial Design, Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Design management, equivalent creative-technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
10+ years creative leadership experience, preferably with an agency, with a proven track record of translating insights, identifying opportunities, building value propositions, and defining innovation processes and strategies.
Demonstrates a high level of creativity and innovation, with the ability to understand and translate complex challenges into elegant and smart solutions.
Excellent communicator and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with other disciplines and functions, supporting cross functional collaboration and interaction in a dynamic & ever-evolving environment.
A compelling storyteller with a clear talent for managing the delivery of concise, emotional and thoughtful work both strategically and creatively.
Ability to develop and deliver relevant internal material/training.
An ability to balance creative and intuitive thought processes with analytical and logical decision making.
A process background with proven experience in durable goods is preferred.
Highly focused, high-energy individual with a sense of responsibility & ownership of everything they are involved with.
Must be extremely organised, self-sufficient, detail oriented and able to multi-task with multiple deadlines.
Ability to present materials drawing on your proficiency in sketching (hand and digital), adobe creative suite, 3D and rendering software and other animation tools.
