This dynamic, forward- thinking,AJ 100 practice is looking to recruit a Bids and Marketing Coordinator to join their creative Marketing team.

You will be joining an established marketing team in a broad role supporting the Head of PR and Communications and the Head of Bids and Business Development. The marketing team are a core part of the business and highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager and team with bid management

  • Assist with identifying OJEU opportunities

  • Prepare bid submissions through all stages with support from the Marketing Manager and input from the various project teams across the practice

  • Liaising with teams to help respond to tender opportunities, assisting with the production of PQQ's

  • Copywriting, proofing and editing bids, brochures, awards

  • Updating marketing and image libraries

  • Support with social media and PR activity

  • Support marketing team with award submissions, presentations, events and marketing collateral

Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator role within the built environment.

  • A good working knowledge of the bid process

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite particularly InDesign

  • Proven experience of coordinating social media campaigns

  • Confident and influential communicator

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A can-do attitude
