A City based architecture firm has an exciting opportunity for a Bid Writer to join their marketing team. The purpose of this role is to write bids and tenders, provide copy for the website and award submissions, as well as updating project case studies.

Responsibilities include: -
Plan and lead the content writing for the firm’s bid and tender submissions on a wide variety of projects at all stages (SQ/PQQ/ITT etc.)
Work closely with the Partners and across the business to deliver compelling proposal responses
Prepare drafts, review and revise copy to ensure contributions respond to the Tender questions and requirements
Assist the wider marketing team with all writing requirements such as copywriting marketing collateral
Key skills required: -
Experience working in a similar Bid Writer role ideally within architecture/construction
Good working knowledge of procurement processes
A passion for writing with outstanding writing and presentations skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive and able to work collaboratively
Strong MS Office skills
Working knowledge of Creative Cloud is desirable
