​A leading global architecture and design practice is looking for a Bid Coordinator to take on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for assisting with bid coordination, creating marketing material and supporting the wider team and directors.

Responsibilities include:

· Coordinate the bid process from start to end, assembling PQQs, bid documents and presentations

· Marketing coordination of events, photography, and budgets

· Coordination of PR with external PR team and project teams

· Write content, collate input for deadlines and proofread responses

· Prepare marketing template content, marketing collateral and award submissions

· Research upcoming and current opportunities

· Assist in producing ad hoc brochures and design documents

· Work across ad hoc BD tasks and events

· Work with Client Relations on opportunity Win/Loss Feedback

Key skills required:

· Previous experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role ideally within the built environment

· A flair for graphic design

· Proficient in MS Office & Adobe CS, particularly InDesign

· Proficient in CRM (Deltek and/or Dynamics)

· Efficient, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

· Ability to work well as part of a team and to meet demanding deadlines

· Proactive, enthusiastic and able to work under tight deadlines
