A global architectural and design business in South West London is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team.

Key responsibilities include: -
Develop and Coordinator high quality bid and tender submissions
Manage the production of bid responses.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposal and presentation materials.
Coordinate information from across multiple offices for report writing
Maintain internal database with details of bids and ensure bid metrics are regularly reviewed.
Edit, update and create marketing materials including fact sheets and brochures
Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team.
Key skills required: -
Prior experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role ideally within Architecture or the wider built environment.
Advanced knowledge of InDesign
Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working on multiple complex bids.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach.
