A leading AJ100 global architecture practice is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their London studio on a 1-year fixed term contract.

Working in a busy team, you will be responsible for supporting the practice's business development and bidding team.
Key responsibilities include: -
Manage the production of bid responses.
Produce high quality bid submissions ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposal and presentation materials.
Maintain internal database with details of bids and ensure bid metrics are regularly reviewed.
Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team.
Key skills required: -
Prior experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role ideally within Architecture or the wider built environment.
Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working on multiple complex bids.
Excellent InDesign skills along with a good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach.
