Creating project bid documents using InDesign and managing the bid process
Compiling and coordinating content, including staff CV’s
Organising award submissions
Organising social media content
Managing the input of daily SharePoint feeds
Preparing content for the website
Responsible for maintaining the image library and internal systems for marketing
Ensuring firm identity and style guides are adhered to
Key Skills required:
Previous experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role ideally within engineering, construction or architecture
Advanced knowledge of InDesign
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent command of written English
Experience dealing with content management systems and social media are desirable
