Bid Coordinator

​A global engineering consultancy are looking for a Bid Coordinator to create project bid documents using InDesign.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating project bid documents using InDesign and managing the bid process

  • Compiling and coordinating content, including staff CV’s

  • Organising award submissions

  • Organising social media content

  • Managing the input of daily SharePoint feeds

  • Preparing content for the website

  • Responsible for maintaining the image library and internal systems for marketing

  • Ensuring firm identity and style guides are adhered to

Key Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role ideally within engineering, construction or architecture

  • Advanced knowledge of InDesign

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent command of written English

  • Experience dealing with content management systems and social media are desirable
