A leading, global Engineering consultancy is looking for a Bid Assistant to join their team based in Bath.

Reporting into the Senior Bid Coordinator you will support the bid team with all bids and bidding activities.
Key responsibilities include: -
Coordinate documents required at pre-qualification stage
Prepare and coordinate team CV's and project sheets in Microsoft Word or InDesign
Working with the wider support team to ensure the CV library is up to date
Maintain the image and bid response libraries and upload new project sheets
Ensure the progress of all bids are accurately recorded in the CRM system
Attend Bid Coordinator meetings to gain progress updates
Ensure fee information is maintained along with status updates and client feedback
Assist with data cleansing for monthly management reports
Key skills required: -
Prior experience in a similar role involving coordinating and managing tight deadlines.
Excellent computer skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience using databases and spreadsheets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic and proactive approach
